This was shot last week; I didn’t even see the bicyclist until I was going through the shots in my computer. Something about the guy and his bicycle doesn’t look right to me! Compare to the traffic sign he is smaller than real life and also the fact he is in the air with both wheels!! Could that be some kind of image attached to that fence? Or does he look fake just to me?! Thanks everyone for visiting

That's totally weird. Is it a real person? It almost seems like it could be a sign of some sort on the fence signalling that there is a bike path.
Great capture! I bet that was a fun discovery when you looked through those shots. As for the biker, I think he looks quite real. The size seems to be a perspective issue, since he's much higher and farther away than the signs. Plus, those green highway signs are BIG. As for both wheels of the ground, it doesn't impress or surprise me so much because I live in Moab, what is commonly thought of as one of the world's mountain biking capitals, so I see plenty of hot-dogging.
Cool shot. That has to be a sign stuck to the fence because it clearly in the air (unlikely that he set up a jump on a freeway overpass) and because the wheels of the bike are dark, indicating solid paper, rather than light as they'd be if they were real wheels with spokes. I only think this because you asked the q though -- initially, I was simply struck by the sense of "something off" which is cool.
Clearly some form of graffiti. For a moment I thought you might have photoshopped it on there yourself... but it certainly makes the shot. Take it easy :-)
It's true - the cyclist does look strange - is he an elf doing a jump? I love the energy in this photo.
As frisky mentioned, i too feel it looks like ET. Well done!
I wonder how many drivers say, "What the...?" as their going under the bridge.
Well it's definitely not real. I guess you would be able to see through the wheels if it was?
The composition is spot on. Both the sky and the road is nicely colored and contrasted. I wonder how you did that sitting in a car...
As much as I like to think this was a real person I am leaning more towards it being a sign of some sort.

Caryn: More than it was fun to find it was annoying to not know what it really is. Caryn you do have a point but even if he is "hot-dogging" shouldn't he be standing rather than sitting?!
Peter: You are right when I zoom in photoshop in my large original file everything about the shape is black.
