Lovely shot, really nice colours. The sun-through-the-clouds is always amazes me. Not too sure about the figures, they're a little too detailed for the scene. They almost look superimposed, maybe allow them to get a bit darker and blend in with the scene.

I think that you dodged the canoe, and the people a bit too much. They look kind of pasted on, and there's also got a real nasty halo around them.
I think the shot would be great if you had either toned down the dodging, or cloned the canoe out all together. The composition and light in the rest of the shot is great.

ChriZ: no I wasn't on one. I toned the background and masked the couple and the canoe. Othewise they were getting too dark and lost in the bkg.
Jila: This was shot in the same spot and time as the Aug 28th shot. The couple were rushing to return the canoe before the vicious rain get started.
